Charles New JCTM Theme:

Commitment to teaching, learning and doing the Word of God (Deuteronomy 6:7)

Charles New Junior Church and Teens Ministry is a one of the pillars of Charles New Methodist Church.

JCTM Leadership

The JCTM as is referred in short is headed by the JCTM Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent who are both elected by the church after every 2years as per the Methodist Church Standing Orders. The JCTM Leadership works together with JCTM Pastor who is either a church full time employee or Circuit full time employee.

The JCTM leadership works together with Volunteer teachers who devote their time and energy to teach and train the children on the ways of God as well as laying a firm foundation for a stronger church tomorrow.

JCTM leadership nominates 3 committed teachers to work together with them.

Recruitment and training of Volunteer Teachers.

Committed and devoted members of the church who are born again Christians and willing to commit their time and energy and with passion and love for the children ministry are encouraged to register at the beginning of every quarter of the year. Each volunteer specifies the Sunday he or she is free to teach the children as well as the group each person is comfortable teaching.

The volunteer teachers undergoes the Teachers training that is usually held at the beginning of the first quarter of the year and the materials for teaching the children are shared out as well as demonstrated out on how they are used while teaching the children.

The JCTM Leadership as well as the JCTM Pastor oversees the running of each class every Sunday and ensures that no group is lacking a teacher.
